...to keep you going those last 10 minutes that are absolute torture. Why is it that the last 10 minutes of a work out seem to drag on and on and on and on (you get it); but the 10 minutes between your 2 alarms (yes, I set 2 alarms) goes by in an instant? Maybe one day I'll become one of those people at enjoys working out!
