Hubbles and I were so excited when our local grocer had our favorite post workout/smoothie accoutrement on sale: buy 1 get 1 free. Jump for joy! These Bolthouse Farm drinks are so yummy! The protein versions are perfect post workout. We often use the Daily Greens variety in our smoothies (mainly because they don't taste that great alone) and I will have some of the fruity ones as a breakfast accompaniment. Although I will usually only drink half of one 450mL bottle along with my usual breakfast meal. So yummy and highly recommend!
