I am starting to make a conscious effort to down 16+ oz of water in the morning. And this is why you should start too:

So every morning, I've started filling up my Camelbak and chug, chug, chugging it down! A Camelbak holds 750 mL...which is about 25 oz. Bonus!
It was a little difficult at first to try and down this much water first thing. But your body does adjust! Cheers!
