Drinking Water in the A.M (First Thing!)

I am starting to make a conscious effort to down 16+ oz of water in the morning. And this is why you should start too:

1. Glowing Skin - Drinking water will purge toxins from your blood--revealing glowing skin.

2. Lymph System Balance - balancing your lymph system will help to fight infection and also to balance out your bodily fluids.

3. Cell Renewal - Increased rate of new muscle and blood cell production. 

4. Colon Purification - Drinking water first thing will help to detoxify the colon and aide the absorption of nutrients. 

5. Illness Cure - Drinking water in the AM has been known to curb symptoms such as vomiting and headache. 

6. Lose Weight - Drinking 16 oz of water (chilled) will help boost your metabolism by about 24%, how awesome is that??

So every morning, I've started filling up my Camelbak and chug, chug, chugging it down! A Camelbak holds 750 mL...which is about 25 oz. Bonus!

It was a little difficult at first to try and down this much water first thing. But your body does adjust! Cheers!
